WHAT IS A JCL CONVENTION?
The Cascadia JCL convention is open to JCL and SCL members in the Pacific Northwest. It is a time to exchange ideas, hear noted speakers, participate in workshops, compete in academic, graphic arts, and creative arts contests, and to meet JCL students from the United States and BC Canada.
